1 - What skills does it take to install the product?
Regiled Shift-light is easy to install, whether on vehicles with electronic management, or a vehicle carburettors. Installation takes 15 minutes. Simply grab the tools necessary to connect them son.
2 - What are the connections of Regiled?
The product connects to a 12V after contact and account information signal tower, if you wish, you can also connect the lights to adjust the brightness at night.
3 - How to avoid being dazzled at night?
Regiled Shift-light has different brightness to prevent glare. It can be adjusted manually or automatically at the start of lighthouses.
4 - How preserve the engine during the adjustment?
Regiled Shift-light offers 2 possible settings;
- The first is to save the trigger of the LED at the same rpm that engine is making,
- The second is to mount the engine in mid-scheme to record levels. This helps to avoid running the engine up into the towers, empty during the adjustment,
In one case as in others, the setting can be done while driving.
5 – Will the Regiled Shift light work on a diesel engine?
Yes, Regiled Shiftlight is compatible with diesel engines, it retrieves the information on the alternator.
6 - Is the product compatible with a double ignition coil?
Yes, Regiled Shift Light works mounting either a single or double coil.
7- Why won't my Regiled Shiftlight come on at the desired shift point? First of all, make sure you have power. The LEDs should test after turning the key switch to “on”. Then make sure that RPM signal feed the Régiled Shift-light. 8 – What is a shift-light? A shift light is a warning lamp fitted to vehicles in order to indicate to the driver that maximum RPM has almost been reached. Ideally a shift lamp will illuminate at the engine speed beyond that which delivers the maximum BHP such that the BHP before and after shifting is the same. Accelerating the engine beyond this point is not conducive to rapid acceleration. In use a shift light allows the driver to judge the exact point that a gear change should be carried out without having to glance down at the tachometer. This also increases safety for the driver by keeping his focus on the track at all times.
